Don't have WinZip? You can download WinZip directly from the manufacturer for free. Follow their instructions for installation.

Assuming you have both WinZip and qpir.zip saved on your desktop it's very easy to decompress (unzip) and install QPIR.EXE on your system. Simply double-click the QPIR.ZIP ICON and WinZip will automatically start:


The WinZip company of course would like you to buy their software, and you may or may not get the screen shown above. You may try the evaluation version by clicking the "Use Evaluation Version". Now you'll see:


The contents of "qpir.zip" is displayed. Click "Extract" (above) to unzip (decompress) the file:

Now select Desktop as the destination and click the next "Extract" button. You're done! In a moment you will see the "qpir.exe" ICON appear on the desktop. You may want to take a quick look at "using QPIR.EXE".
