Please follow the readme.txt file included inside the zip file for instructions on how to upgrade your QuickPAD. The firmware upgrade is in zip format, you must use WinZip or a similar product to uncompress the file. If you do not have the needed software, please click on the following link to obtain WinZip.

The firmware upgrade for QuickPAD IR requires a special cable in order to complete the upgrade. If you do not have the needed cable, please contact QuickPAD Sales at 800.373.8181. Or, email them sales@quickpad.com.
